This site is informational and promotional — it isn't the Breeze product itself, which has its own terms once you're using it.

The free calculators

The deck and concrete calculators on this site are planning-grade, not an engineered or stamped design. They're built from the same takeoff engine as the product, but output depends entirely on what you enter, and construction codes vary by jurisdiction and change over time. Verify spans, thickness, reinforcement, footing depth, and permit requirements with your local building department before you build anything based on them. We make no warranty that any result is complete, current, or correct for your project.

Site content generally

We try to keep the pages on this site — including feature descriptions, pricing pledges, and comparisons to other software — accurate and current, but we don't guarantee it, and features described here (including anything on the roadmap) may change before or after you sign up. Nothing on this site is a binding offer or contract for the Breeze product; it becomes one only when you actually sign up and agree to that product's own terms.

Early access

Submitting the early-access form is an expression of interest, not a purchase, a reservation, or a commitment on either side. We don't charge anything to join the list, and being on it doesn't guarantee you'll be invited on any particular timeline.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and code of this site belong to Limitless Home Improvement LLC or its licensors. You can browse, link to, and share pages from this site; you can't copy, scrape, or republish it for your own commercial use without asking first.

No warranty, limitation of liability

This site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Limitless Home Improvement LLC isn't liable for damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on anything in it — including the free calculators' output.

If these terms change, we'll update the date above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
