Privacy Policy

This policy covers this marketing website — the pages and free calculators you're browsing now — operated by Limitless Home Improvement LLC (“we”, “us”). It does not cover the Breeze product itself, which has its own privacy policy shown at sign-up once you're using it.

What we collect

The free calculators on this site (deck, concrete) run entirely in your browser — the numbers you enter never leave your device. Two forms ask you for personal information:

• Early access — your email address, and optionally what estimating tool you use now.
• Contact — your name, your email address, and whatever you write in the message box.

When you submit either form, what you typed is posted to Netlify, the company that hosts this site. Netlify stores that submission — the fields listed above, together with the IP address it was sent from — and also emails a copy to the Limitless Home Improvement mailbox, so it is seen without anyone having to go looking. We keep both copies for 12 months, then delete them — sooner if you ask. The calculators run entirely in your browser and send nothing anywhere. The one other thing this site records is a count of visits, described next.

How we count visits

We use Netlify's built-in analytics to see roughly how many people visit and which pages they read. It works from the request data Netlify already receives when it serves a page to you, so there is no tracking script on this site and it sets no cookies. Because it runs on Netlify's end rather than in your browser, an ad blocker won't stop it. From those requests Netlify counts page views, counts unique visitors by IP address, and reports which pages were read, which sites sent visitors here, roughly where visits came from, and which addresses weren't found. What we see is totals and ranked lists covering the last 30 days, not a record of any one visitor. We don't combine it with anything you send through the forms, and we don't use it for advertising. When we switched it on, Netlify also filled in counts for the 30 days before, from requests it had already received as this site's host.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply to you — Jeremy reaching out when it's your turn for early access, or answering the question, bug report, or “does it do X” you sent through the contact form. That's it. We don't sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising, and we don't share it with anyone outside the processors listed below.

Two things that list doesn't say on its own. First, Netlify serves every page here — the marketing pages, the calculators, early access and contact alike — and like any web host it sees the ordinary request data that comes with serving a page, including your IP address — the same data the visit counts above are built from. Second, and separately from serving pages, Netlify is where form submissions are kept: submit either form and your answers sit in Netlify's system for up to 12 months, and a copy is emailed onward to a Gmail mailbox, where Google handles it the same way it would an email you sent us directly. If you would rather not have a submission stored at all, email jeremy.alan.basiger@gmail.com directly instead — that reaches the same person with one copy instead of two.

Your rights

You can ask us what we have on file, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — including removing you from the early-access list — by emailing jeremy.alan.basiger@gmail.com. We'll act on it promptly; there's no automated self-serve flow for this site today, just a real reply from a real person.

Children

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above. Material changes — a new processor, a new kind of data collected — will be reflected here before they take effect, not after.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
