I built this to run my own jobs.
I run Limitless Home Improvement out of Niles, Michigan, working across Michiana — decks, additions and remodels: kitchens, bathrooms, basement finishes, the kind of residential work where the estimate has to be right before you ever pick up a hammer. For years that meant either a notepad and a calculator, or software built for companies ten times our size: a monthly bill that didn't care how many jobs we actually ran, and forty menus between me and the one screen I needed.
So I started building Breeze as a tool for my own company. Not a product, not a pitch — just something that would draft a quote as fast as I could walk a walkthrough, and let a client see exactly where their job stood without calling me to ask. The takeoff logic had to be right, because I was the one standing behind the number.
It's run my whole company for a while now — quotes, contracts, draws, change orders, the P&L on every closed job. That's the bar it had to clear before I'd ever hand it to anyone else: would I trust it on my own jobs, with my own name on the contract. It cleared it.
I'm opening it up to a few other crews at a time rather than all at once. Partly because that's how you catch what actually breaks under a real job instead of a demo. Mostly because I want every page on this site to describe the thing I actually run my company on, not a roadmap slide — and where a piece of it still only works on my own account, to say so on the page instead of burying it. The roadmap is where that list lives, in plain words. I'd rather grow slow and keep being able to point at it than grow fast and start sanding the edges off.
